Privacy Policy

ANCHR ("we," "us") operates anchr.life and the ANCHR app at app.anchr.life. This policy explains what information we collect when you create an account and use the product, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you create an ANCHR account, we collect your email address and the family details you choose to enter - your name, your spouse's name, and your children's names and ages. This is what lets ANCHR personalize your daily actions and coaching. We also store the actions and check-ins you complete inside the app, since that is what powers your streaks and history.

If you upgrade to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe - ANCHR does not see or store your card details. If you enable morning reminders, we store your push notification subscription so we can deliver them.

This site may use Google Tag Manager and/or the Meta Pixel for aggregate marketing analytics (for example, how many visitors reach this page). These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. We do not use them to build individual profiles for sale to third parties.

How we use it

  • To run the product - generating your daily actions, coaching, and progress views.
  • To keep your account secure and let you sign in across devices.
  • To send account and product emails, such as password resets and daily reminders you have opted into.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication and to store your account and family data, Netlify to host the app and site (including the AI Gateway that powers ANCHR Coach), and Stripe to process payments for paid plans. Each processes your data on our behalf under its own security and privacy practices.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and data at any time, email hello@anchr.life.

Children's privacy

ANCHR is intended for adult parents and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We will update the effective date above if this policy changes materially, and post the updated version here.
